AI Photo Verification: Proof That the Work Was Done Right
CosaNostra’s AI checks every task photo against what you asked for — a written description, a reference image or a photo of the problem to fix — scores it and accepts the work or flags it in seconds. You stop driving to sites and scrolling through chat photos — you only open what falls below your threshold.
How it works
Check by description.
No reference photo needed: write in the subtask what the AI should check — “emergency exit closed, seal intact”, “oil level not below one third”, “oven clean inside”. The employee photographs the result, and the AI checks the photo against the text and gives it a score.

Check against a reference photo.
Attach a photo of how the result should look and say in the subtask that the work must match it — a bouquet from the catalogue, a table setting, a shelf layout. The AI compares the employee’s photo with the reference and shows how close it is; below your threshold (80% by default) the item is rejected with an explanation of what differs.
Check that a problem is fixed.
Here the photo shows the problem, not the ideal: a broken pump, a dirty floor, a burnt-out lamp. Write what needs to be done, and after the work the AI looks at the original photo, the task and the result photo to check that the problem is gone.

Snap a photo — AI creates the task.
Tap the camera on the main screen and photograph a problem, a situation or a client’s message — no description needed. AI suggests the task with a title and description and attaches the photo; you edit it or cancel. The employee fixes it, takes a photo, and the AI checks the result: the whole cycle starts with one photo.

What’s inside
Three ways to check: a description, a reference photo or a photo of the problem to fix.
Threshold: 80% by default, adjustable for each item — stricter for hidden work, softer for routine tasks.
A score and a time stamp on every photo; photos are taken in the app, not from the gallery; location check optional.
Camera on the main screen: one photo becomes a task.
Works in checklists, recurring tasks and customer orders; comments and redo history stay in the task.

Where teams use it
Flower shops — the finished bouquet against the reference.
Auto detailing — intake condition and finished work.
Security guards — a photo at every patrol checkpoint.
Cleaning — every checklist item of every site.
Facility maintenance — gauge readings and rounds.
Field service — before and after photos of each job.
Construction — hidden work before it is covered.
CosaNostra is a task and shift app for small field teams with built-in AI photo verification. Instead of collecting photos in group chats and checking them by hand, you set a reference and a threshold once, and every photo from cleaners, technicians, guards or crews is scored automatically. It is photo proof of work that a manager can trust without visiting the site — on an ordinary phone, with no hardware and no setup project.
