Checklist App for Teams: Every Item Done, Every Photo Checked

CosaNostra turns daily routines — opening and closing, inspections, cleaning standards — into team checklists completed from the phone. Any item can require a photo, and AI checks it against a reference. Recurring checklists appear in the calendar on their own, and you see the progress of each one.

How it works

Build the checklist once.

List the steps — “lights off, alarm on, back door locked, photo of the till” — assign the checklist to one or several employees and set it to repeat daily or weekly. It appears in the calendar on its own.

Photo proof on the items that matter.

Mark the items that need a photo and add a reference. The employee ticks each step on the phone, AI checks the photos, and you see the checklist’s progress next to the task — and open only the items that were flagged.

Where teams use it

CosaNostra is a checklist app for small teams that work on their feet: shops, cleaning crews, guards, technicians and site crews. Replace paper checklists and reminders in group chats with a daily checklist app that repeats on schedule, sends each list to the assigned employees and asks for photo proof where it matters. A digital checklist app that also shows you, in one calendar, which routines are done today.
